PER CURIAM.

Petitioner Robert Troutt was found guilty by a jury of battery in the first degree and sentenced to twelve years imprisonment and a fine of $15,000. The Court of Appeals affirmed. Troutt v. State, CACR 83-182 (Sept. 15, 1984), reh'g denied (Oct. 3, 1984), review denied (Oct. 15, 1984). Petitioner subsequently filed a pro se petition for writ of error coram nobis in this court which was denied....
