Respondents brought an action against appellants, claiming appellants were in default on a contract for deed entered into on or about November 16, 1981, with respect to rental property situated in Hennepin County. Respondents sought a foreclosure of said property and/or a money judgment. Appellants counterclaimed and contended that they were induced to enter into the contract for deed for said property by false representations...
