Appellant, Benjamin Williams, was convicted of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He appealed his conviction, and it was affirmed by this court. Williams v. State, 290 Ark. 449, 720 S.W.2d 305 (1986). He subsequently filed a Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence pursuant to Ark.Stat.Ann. § 43-2314 (Supp. 1985). The trial court denied the motion.
