GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Defendant Caddell appeals the revocation of his probation for failure to comply with one of its conditions, namely, that he make restitution. We affirm.

Caddell was charged in a three-count information with violations of 18 U.S.C. § 658. In July 1985, he pleaded guilty to count three which alleged that in December 1980 he, "with intent to defraud, did knowingly ....
