The plaintiffs Cunningham appeal the trial court's dismissal of the minor children's causes of action for loss of parental consortium and negligent infliction of emotional distress as well as the judgment in favor of the City of Olympia exonerating the City from any liability for injuries suffered by Mrs. Cunningham.
