This appeal is from an order denying a temporary injunction sought by Darlene Denman Seiler (Seiler) and John C. Sharp and Sandra G. Sharp (collectively referred to as Sharp) to prevent trespass by the condemnors. Intrastate Gathering Corporation and Houston Pipe Line Company (Condemnors) initiated proceedings to condemn land owned by Seiler and Sharp for a natural gas pipeline easement.
