MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On November 10, 1986, defendant Evelyn Shelleda was served with Grand Jury Subpoena No. 6339, which ordered her to appear before Grand Jury 85-1. Grand Jury 85-1 is investigating violations of federal laws, including the submission of false income tax returns.
