Southwestern Bell Telephone Company appeals from an order of the district court1 denying its request for attorneys' fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Because we cannot say the court abused its discretion in denying the fees, we affirm the district court order.
