Levine, J.

Decedent, Harold Seidel, died on January 25, 1982 as a result of an accidental injury he suffered in the course of his employment. Claimant thereafter filed a claim for death benefits with the Workers' Compensation Board. The employer and carrier (hereinafter respondents) challenged claimant's right to compensation on the ground that she was not the legal widow of decedent.
