Donovan Wire & Iron Company (Donovan) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy at the same time as its wholly owned subsidiary Central Steel Tube Company (Central). Bethlehem Steel Corporation (Bethlehem) sold steel to Central under three guaranties by Donovan for payment.
