This is a civil rights case involving alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 2000e-2, and 2000e-3. The Plaintiff, Alfreda E. McCauley, asserts that the Greensboro City Board of Education (the "Board") committed race and sex discrimination by failing to promote her to the position of assistant principal.
