Plaintiffs, William Joyce and Ruth Morse, filed an action against defendants for the wrongful death of their son, Daniel Joyce. Plaintiffs appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing with prejudice counts VII through XII of their amended complaint. The trial court's order incorporated an express finding, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (103 Ill.2d R. 304(a)) that "no just...
