Earl Miller appeals a judgment in favor of Bremerton Concrete Products Company, Inc. He argues that contract damages, if any, should have been based on quantum meruit rather than on the unpaid portion of the contract price; that he was entitled to offsets for improper workmanship; that the award of prejudgment interest and attorney fees was improper; and that the lien on his property was invalid.
