Defendant brings forward thirteen assignments of error. We overrule all assignments and find no prejudicial error in the trial. The basic facts are not in dispute. Defendant was the manager of Dude's Adult Book Store in Greensboro, when on 22 October 1985, he sold two magazines, one entitled "Anal Girls Who Take It All" and the other entitled "Foxy Blondes Who Take It All—SEKA," to Detective A.G.
