Per Curiam:

Frank Albertini commenced this suit for criminal conversation against Monte R. Veal, Sr. A jury awarded Albertini $28,188.00 actual damages and $270,145.33 punitive damages. The trial judge denied Veal's motion to reduce the punitive damage award.1 Veal appeals. We reverse and remand.
