Appellant Charles Ben Howell appeals a judgment denying him recovery for damages from appellees Homecraft Land Development, Inc., U.S. Home Corporation (collectively "Homecraft"), and Stewart Title Company ("Stewart"). Howell also complains that the trial court erred in awarding Homecraft attorneys' fees for Howell's bad-faith filing of a claim under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (the "DTPA") and for Homecraft's counterclaim under the Declaratory Judgments...
