The People appeal the district court's reversal of a speeding conviction from the Summit County Court. The respondent was convicted of violating section 42-4-1001, 17 C.R.S. (1984), by traveling over the posted speed limit of twenty-five miles per hour for trucks weighing 10,000 pounds or more, gross vehicle weight.
