This is a consolidated appeal by the City of Miami (City) and its insurers, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company (USF & G) and Houston General Insurance Company (Houston) concerning a construction site accident which occurred during the building of the City of Miami Police Station.1,2 Plaintiff Mario Perez was a carpenter employed by the general contractor, ADH, Inc. (ADH).
