This is an appeal from an order issued pursuant to MCR 2.405 in which the trial court awarded $5,112.50 in attorney fees to the defendant corporation after trial based on an industrial injury which resulted in a jury verdict of no cause of action. The basis for such ruling was plaintiff's failure to respond to an offer of judgment in the amount of $5,000 made by defendant prior to trial which triggered the provisions of MCR 2.405. We affirm.
