Appellants, Vartanian Family Trust No. 1 et al., ("Vartanians") third-party plaintiffs in the trial court, sued appellees, Galstian Family Trust No. 1 et al., ("Galstians") third-party defendants below, for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, indemnity, and contribution.
