Plaintiff, a Caucasian male, alleges that he pretextually was discharged from employment by the United States Chess Federation in retaliation for his opposition to the Federation's allegedly discriminatory employment practices. He puts forth a variety of state claims. He contends that his discharge was in violation of section 296(1)(e) of the New York Human Rights Law, and further constituted a breach of express or implied...
