WHICHARD, Justice.

Defendant was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. Evidence pertinent to the arguments presented is set forth infra. We find no error.

Defendant contends the trial court erred in failing to dismiss the first degree murder charge, at the close of the State's evidence and of all the evidence, for insufficient evidence of premeditation and deliberation. A motion to dismiss for insufficiency of the evidence...
