This is a dissolution of marriage case. The husband, William Hart, appeals the trial court's award of $400 per month maintenance to the wife claiming it is excessive. The wife, Essie Hart, in a cross-appeal, complains that the trial court, in its division of marital property, failed to consider the husband's marital misconduct. The appeals are consolidated here.
