Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court ordering plaintiff to authorize the Michigan Department of Treasury to pay $375 per month from his monthly pension payments directly to defendant, his ex-wife, to fulfill his obligation under the parties' judgment of divorce.
