Plaintiff Dina Holman, twelve years old, was injured when she was struck in front of her home by an automobile driven by defendant. Plaintiff Maina Holman Lake, Dina's mother, brought this action in Dina's name to recover fair compensation for Dina's personal injuries, and in her own name to recover medical expenses, loss of services and companionship.
