Plaintiff, Bessie L. Hagar, appeals a summary judgment in favor of defendant, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (State Farm), with respect to her suit requesting payment of additional compensation for a loss covered by a fire insurance policy issued by State Farm covering a building owned by her. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
