PER CURIAM.
Defendant insurance company appeals as of right from a circuit court order denying summary judgment in favor of defendant and a circuit court order granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3) on the ground that there was no genuine issue of material fact and plaintiff was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
