Edward Santos Fegurgur was adjudged guilty of murder and sentenced to 99 years imprisonment on the jury's finding of guilt and their assessment of punishment. The jury also made an affirmative finding that Fegurgur used or exhibited a deadly weapon during the commission of the offense or in immediate flight therefrom.
