ELLIS, Justice.

Appellant, Victor Vernon Watson, appeals a judgment of conviction for burglary of a building. Appellant had been indicted for burglary of a habitation, but the trial court granted the State's motion to proceed on the lesser included offense. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at fifteen (15) years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections plus a fine of $2,500. We...
