These appeals raise the question of whether a county may be held liable for failing to erect a stop sign at an intersection of two county roads. Plaintiffs filed two suits arising out of a single accident in which Mrs. Johnnie H. Davis and Mrs. Patricia Ann Davis were injured when their car ran off County Road 67 in Coffee County.
