Plaintiff-appellant Lewis Sckolnick, proceeding pro se, brought an action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 3612, 3617 against defendants-appellees David and Jeanne Harlow, and others, claiming that they discriminated against him on account of his religion in the sale of a wood lot.
