PER CURIAM.

We affirm the revocation of probation herein because there was sufficient evidence as to the violations of conditions '3' and '5'. However, we remand to strike the reference to violation of condition '1' because no sufficient evidence was introduced as to that alleged violation.

Affirmed and remanded.
