FORSBERG, Judge.

Appellants sued respondents regarding a contract to purchase farmland, claiming that Randy R. Hed had fraudulently misrepresented the effectiveness of a drainage system on the property, resulting in substantial loss in the value of the farmland. The jury found that Hed did not make a representation as to any past or present fact, and the trial court ordered judgment in favor of respondents. Appellants moved for JNOV or a new trial...
