HENDERSON, Justice.

Francis Roden appeals from an order of the trial court denying his petition for habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Roden was convicted of second degree rape and sentenced to eight years in the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
