This appeal is from a judgment of conviction of two counts of gross misdemeanor DWI and from an order denying appellant's motions for a new trial, a Schwartz hearing, and for a judgment of acquittal. The jury found appellant Nathanial Parker guilty of driving with alcohol concentration over .10, and of having an alcohol concentration measured at over .10 within two hours of driving.
