JUSTICE STOUDER delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant, Donald Neville, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501.) As a result, his driver's license was summarily suspended. The trial court subsequently denied his petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension. The defendant appeals. We affirm.
