Before me is a motion for relief from the automatic stay filed by Simon-Tye Associates and 135 Ventures, Inc. (the movants). The debtor is Liona Corporation, N.V. (Liona), against whom an involuntary bankruptcy petition was filed by M.A.F.I.N.T., a Panamanian company. The Liona bankruptcy was filed on November 28, 1986. The movants then filed the motion for relief from stay, a motion to dismiss the involuntary petition...
