Claimant Larry J. Baxter appeals the denial of workers' compensation and the finding that his second injury did not aggravate the preexisting condition for which he had received a settlement for total permanent partial disability. The Kansas Court of Appeals, pursuant to Rule 7.042 (b) and (d) (235 Kan. lxxiv), affirmed the trial court. We reverse the decision...
