This Worker's Compensation appeal presents two issues on which the law has been long and well-settled; these issues are: (1) whether an injury to an employee during a lunch break on the employer's premises arose out of and in the course of employment, and (2) whether material evidence supports the trial court's determination of the extent of disability.
