Defendants Arthur, Gwynneth and Timothy Cooper, a father, mother and son, are charged with wire fraud and conspiracy, arising from the submission of allegedly false statements concerning work performed by Timothy Cooper. The Coopers have jointly retained Stephen B. Potter, a Delaware attorney, to represent them in this action.
