Defendant and cross-complainant Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (Division), a division of the state's Department of Industrial Relations, appeals from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiff and cross-defendants John R. Waters, James R. Matson, and the Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, an Ohio Corporation, subsequent to a one-day court trial.
