In this workmen's compensation case, Senobio Vasquez recovered a judgment, after a jury trial, against the City of Garland for a mental injury. In eight points of error, the City of Garland appeals contending that there is no evidence and, alternatively, that there is insufficient evidence to support the jury's findings that Vasquez was injured in the course of his employment, that Vasquez received an injury...
