PER CURIAM.

Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424. He was sentenced to pay a $500 fine and $500 in costs or serve six months in the Oakland County jail. Defendant appeals his conviction, alleging first that the weapon which served as the basis for his conviction was acquired by the police during a search and seizure conducted in violation...
