This is a suit in contract by two stockholders in a domestic corporation which seeks an interpretation of a stock buy-sell agreement between the corporate stockholders and the corporation. The two stockholders, Drs. Garland Aycock and Anthony Herques,1 contended they were entitled to receive $8.87 per share for their stock under the terms of the contract. The corporation filed a reconventional demand against the two shareholders...
