Defendant, Gerald Hebert, was charged by bill of information with attempted second-degree murder. He was also indicted by the grand jury for aggravated criminal damage to property, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:55. Trial was held on the charge of aggravated criminal damage to property from which defendant now appeals his jury conviction.
