Petitioner Adam Armstrong ("Petitioner"), in his Application for Writ of Certiorari, alleges that two errors were committed by the Intermediate Court of Appeals: (1) the court erred in affirming the circuit court's conclusion that the jury did not reach an inconsistent verdict when it found Respondent-Defendant Jack Cione ("Respondent") was negligent in causing Petitioner's injury but did not breach Respondent's implied warranty of habitability...
