Respondent Gail Russell Fisher filed suit in district court pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 363.14 (1984) alleging that appellant Eastern Air Lines, Inc., discriminated against her on the basis of marital status in violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act. Eastern Air Lines moved for summary judgment on the grounds that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction and that res judicata and collateral estoppel barred further litigation...
