Plaintiff, Lumberman's Wholesale Co. (Lumberman's), an unpaid supplier of building materials to a subcontractor on a public improvement project, appeals from the denial of its claim against the retained percentage and the general contractor's bond pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 573 (1983).
