On March 1, 1978 a bill of information was filed charging William Kraft, the defendant, with a violation of R.S. 14:95.1, illegal carrying of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. The defendant failed to appear for arraignment on March 16, 1978 and an attachment was issued.
