In mechanics' lienholder's action, the trial court entered judgment in favor of Northwest Wholesale Lumber, Inc. (NWL), Darlis Gray, (doing business as Interiors & Walls by DAR) (DAR), and Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating Co. (Genz-Ryan), all of whom claimed mechanics' liens against property upon which appellant Builders Finance, Inc. (BFI) held a mortgage.
